The spinal cord stimulator generator and 2 spinal cord leads. These are implanted underneath the skin.

The controller is used to communicate with the spinal cord stimulator generator. It is used to turn on and off the generator, increasing or decreasing the strength of the stimulation, and choosing the different programs.
